The fiftieth ordinary congress of the Confederación Autónoma de Trabajadores y Empleados de México (CATEM) was held at the Arena in Mexico City, presided over by Pedro Haces Barba.
It is important to note that CATEM represents 1,192 unions from various sectors across the country.
The congress was attended by over 22,000 participants, including governors, ambassadors, officials from the Ministry of Labor, businesspeople, and Claudia Sheinbaum as a special guest and virtual presidential candidate.
